Medha Charitable Trust (MCT) is a Public Charitable Trust sponsoring education to economically weaker section of the society. As a part of it’s free educational assistance, MCT has framed a scheme by name ‘Medha Naipunya Nirmana’ (MNN) through which skill development programmes are being conducted in accredited institutes recognized by the Government and eligible students are being sponsored for the same and given support for placements in the industries. Since 2019, the Institute has been conducting following training programmes.

1. Electrician Domestic and Solar Electric System Installer and Service Provider - 6 Months

2. Self Employed Tailor with Zardozi and  Ornamental Work and Quilts & Bags making - 6 Months

3. Repair and Maintenance of Personal Electronic Devices and Computer Hardware Assistant - 6 Months

Till now 270 candidates have been trained. All of them were provided employment (wage / self-employment).
