Mr. Harish, aged 19 years, hails from a poor family of Scheduled Caste (SC) community resident of Mallampally village of Karimnagar district. He studied up to 10th class. He underwent training in “Two Wheeler Maintenance & Repair” at SRTRI Campus during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he  was placed at an automobile marketing firm “M/s Ramkor Marketing Pvt. Ltd.”, Tadbund, Hyderabad as Asst. Mechanic with an initial salary of Rs. 4,500/- in the month of October 2013.
Mr.Prashanth belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) community hails from a poor agriculture labour family of Mallampaly village Karimnagar district. He underwent training in “Two Wheeler Maintenance & Repair” at SRTRI Campus during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he  was placed at an automobile marketing firm “M/s Ramkor Marketing Pvt. Ltd.”, Tadbund, Hyderabad as Asst. Mechanic with an initial salary of Rs. 4,500/- in the month of October 2013
Mr. Anil Kumar, aged 19 years and studied Intermediate, hails from Scheduled Tribes (ST) community. He belongs to Vellamla village of Nalgonda district. He underwent training in “Two Wheeler maintenance & Repair”  at SRTRI Campus during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he  was placed
at an automobile marketing firm “M/s Ramkor Marketing Pvt. Ltd.”, Tadbund, Hyderabad as Asst. Mechanic with an initial salary of Rs. 4,500/- in the month of October 2013.
Mr. Srikanth, aged 20 years hails from Scheduled Caste (SC) community of Ragatipally Village Karimnagar District. He underwent training in “Two Wheeler maintenance & Repair” during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he  was placed at an automobile marketing firm “M/s Ramkor Marketing Pvt. Ltd.”, Tadbund, Hyderabad as Asst. Mechanic with an initial salary of Rs. 4,500/- in the month of October 2013.
Mr.Chandra Shekar hails from a Carpenter family belonging to Valigonda (mandal headquarter) of Nalgonda district. He studied up to Intermediate. He underwent training  in “Two Wheeler Mechanism” at campus during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he  was placed as Asst. Mechanic at M/s APSRTC Bus Depot, Chengicherla, Ranga Reddy district at a monthly salary of Rs. 6,000/-. He is also entitled for other perks such as daily allowance, etc.
Mr. Sai Kumar belongs to Other Backward Class (OBC) community He hails from a farming community of Bhongir, Nalgonda district and studied up to Intermediate. He underwent training in “Two wheeler maintenance and repair”at campus during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he was placed at M/s
Ramcore Marketing Pvt. Ltd., located at Malakpet, Hyderabad.
He is presently looking after the sales and designated as Store
Keeper. He is paid Rs. 4,500/- per month and gets some perks
too.
Mr. Upender, aged 19 years, hails from Akkenapally village of Narketpally mandal, Nalgonda district. He belongs to poor Other Backward Class (OBC) community. He studied up to school final and was in search of employment. He took up training program in “AC, Refrigerator and Water Cooler Repairing”  conducted at SRTRI Campus during 2013. After successful completion of the training, he was successful in getting wage employment at M/s Mohan AC Works, Nalgonda town, Nalgonda district as Asst. Mechanic with an initial monthly salary of Rs. 4000/- with additional perks and allowances.
Mr. N. Narsimha Chary hails from Other Backward Caste (OBC) community from Mulkal Kalva (V), Miryahalguda (Mdl), Nalgonda District. His father is an agriculture farmer and the mother a housewife. In spite of completing ITI (Electrical) he
could not get him a job due to lack of hands-on-experience. He therefore, took up training program in ““Electrical Gadget Repair” at campus during 2013.
After successful completion of the training he secured a job at M/s Sri Durga Electrical Works, Miryalguda, Nalgonda district as Asst. Mechanic at a monthly salary of Rs. 5000/-.
Mr. Venu hails from Other Backward Class (OBC) community whose father is an Auto Driver by profession and mother housewife. He studied up to school final and is aged 19 years.
He underwent training program in ““Electrical Gadget Repair” at campus.
Soon after the completion of the course, Mr. Venu was employed as Asst. Mechanic at “M/s Varlaxmi Motor Winding Works”, Miryalguda at monthly salary of Rs. 5,000/-.
Mr.Pradeep Kumar, who hails from Narayanpur (Village & Mandal), Nalgonda district, did his Polytechnic Diploma and yet was unemployed. His family belongs to Other Backward Class (OBC) community and his father is a small farmer.  He  took up training in “PC Maintenance” at campus. After training at SRTRI, he was successful in getting wage-employment “M/s Sri Chakra Computer Point, situated at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad” as Asst. Hardware Technician at a monthly salary of Rs. 6,000/-.
 Mr. Basaveshwar hails from a handloom weaving community and studied up to SSC. He underwent training in “PC Maintenance” at campus and successfully completed it with utmost interest and passion. The necessity and the interest in the training program, made Mr. Basaveshwar learn the subject perfectly. After successful training he got good wage-employment at M/s Samsung Authorized Service Center, Kothapet, Hyderabad as Asst. Technician at a monthly salary of Rs. 4,500/- with some additional perks and benefits.
Mr. Sandeep, aged 19 years at the time of training, took up training program in “Motor & Transformer Rewinding” at campus. He belongs to Other Backward Community (OBC)  and hails from Chityal mandal, Nalgonda district. He studied up to school final. Soon after the training, Mr.Sandeep could get wage
employment in his home town i.e. at Chityal itself as Asst.Mechanic at “M/s Laxmi Sai Engineering Works”, Chityal,Nalgonda district. He is paid Rs. 5000/- per month as initial salary which is subject to revision after six months of successful service at the unit.

 

Mr.D. Narsimha Chary hails from carpenter family belonging to Other Backward Caste (OBC) community from Nandipahad Village of Miryahalguda Mandal,  Nalgonda District. He studied ITI (Electrical) and is married. Prior to undergoing the training in “Electrical Gadget Repair” at campus, he depended on carpentry work with subsistence income. After successfully completing the training program, Mr.Narsimha Chary set up his own electrical servicing cum house wiring unit at home town i.e. Miryalaguda undertaking house wiring contracts within and around Miryalguda town. He could also employ 4 boys as electrical assistants who are
getting trained and earning income from Mr. Chary. He expressed his satisfaction over the present work assignments and confident of scaling it up further.
